X is rather complex, she's still a child but has grown into the monsters she was warned of as a child growing up. She seems to take pleasure in using poison to terminate her vitcims, those unfortunate to be left alive have their right side of their face burned with acid—X seemingly just has it on hand in a small vial in the cross she wears, hunting at a religious background as a Christian possibly explaining her struggle of processing her actions (whether it be from her religion growing up or maybe the fact she's a child commiting the same thing Jones did to her.) but regardless she is just a child who's struggling psychotically with a very messed and horrible mental compass and a moral standpoint thinking she's justified in her own actions because she went through something traumatic
She'll have moments of genuine childlike innocence of her time, where she's Frieda again and not the monster that came out of her pain not the monster void made using her anger.

Her original motive was taking revenge on Jones but that no longer seems to give her much of a thrill or feeling of being avenged in some way.
Now it's just pure thrills now, just doing this with a sick sense of joy coming from it probably being from the one in control and not the victim anymore.
