Hello... My name is Jacob, I'm 13 years old and this is my story. I am currently missing.
It was a dark and stormy night. Me and my friends were bored and we decided to play a game of truth or dare. We all gathered around a candle in my basement and took turns spinning a bottle.
"Okay, Jacob, truth or dare?" said Alex, the bottle pointing at him.
"Dare," I said.
"I dare you to go to the woods behind your house and look for Slender Man," Alex said with a wicked grin.
"What? No way!" I said.
"Come on, don't be a chicken. You know slender man is just a myth, right?" Alex said.
"Fine, fine. I'll do it. But you guys have to wait for me here," I said, grabbing a flashlight and a jacket.
I opened the basement door and ran outside, ignoring the rain. I reached the edge of the woods and turned my flashlight on. I saw nothing but trees and shadows.
"This is stupid," I muttered to myself. "There's no Slender Man, he isn't real."
I walked deeper into the woods, looking for any sign of Slender Man. I've heard stories about Slender Man from my friends: a tall, thin man with no face, wearing a black suit and tie, who stalked and kidnapped children. Some said he had tentacles that could stretch and grab his victims. Others said he could teleport and appear anywhere. But I didn't believe any of it.
I walked for about ten minutes, feeling more and more nervous. I started to hear strange noises: rustling leaves, snapping branches, whispering voices. I turned around, but saw nothing.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" I called out.
No answer.
I decided to turn back and go home.
I retraced my steps, but I realized I was lost. I couldn't find the way I came in. I panicked and ran in random directions, hoping to find an exit.
I stumbled upon a clearing, where I saw a large tree with something hanging from it. I approached it cautiously and I gasped when I saw what it was: a human body, wrapped in plastic, with blood dripping from it.
I screamed and I dropped my flashlight. I turned around and ran, but bumped into something hard and cold. I looked up and saw a faceless person staring down at me. He grabbed me from my neck and lifted me off the ground.
I struggled and kicked, but it was useless. I saw more hands emerge from behind the figure, reaching for me. I heard a voice in my head, saying:
"Don't look at me."
I felt a sharp pain in my chest and blacked out...
I woke up in a dark and damp room. I felt a throbbing pain in my chest, and I realized I had a large wound there. I tried to move, but I found myself tied to a metal table. I looked around and saw wires and machines attached to me.
I heard a door open and saw a man enter the room. The man was wearing a white coat and glasses. He had a clipboard in his hand and a smile on his face.
"Ah, you're awake. Good, good. I was worried you wouldn't make it," the man said.
"Who are you? Where am I? What did you do to me?" I asked, terrified.
"I'm Dr. Smith, and you're in my laboratory. I'm conducting an experiment on you, my dear boy. You see, I've been studying Slender Man for a long time. He's a fascinating creature, don't you think? He has abilities that defy the laws of physics and nature. He can manipulate space and time, he can alter perception and memory, he can influence emotions and thoughts. He's the ultimate predator, and I want to know how he does it."
Dr. Smith walked over to a monitor and pressed some buttons. I saw images of slender man flash on the screen.
"I've been tracking him for years, collecting data and samples. I've managed to isolate some of his DNA and inject it into you. You're the first human subject to receive this treatment. Congratulations."
"What? Why? What are you trying to do?" I asked, horrified.
"I'm trying to create a hybrid, of course. A human with Slender Man's powers. Imagine the possibilities, Jacob. You could be the next step in evolution. You could be a god."
Dr. Smith laughed maniacally.
"Of course, there are some side effects. You might experience some changes in your appearance, your personality, your sanity. But that's all part of the process. Don't worry, I'll take good care of you."
Dr. Smith walked over to me and touched my face.
"You're already showing signs of transformation. Your skin is paler, your eyes are whiter. Soon, you'll lose your face entirely, just like him."
I felt a surge of anger and fear.
"Get away from me, you freak! You're insane! You can't do this to me!" I yelled.
Dr. Smith frowned.
"Now, now, Jacob. Don't be rude. You should be grateful for this opportunity. You should be honored to be part of my experiment."
He grabbed a syringe from a tray and injected it into my arm.
"This will speed up the process. It will also make you more compliant."
I felt a burning sensation in my veins. I screamed in pain and agony.
But then I saw Dr. Smith's face blur and fade away...
It was Slender Man's face in front of him..
Then I heard a voice in my head, saying:
"Welcome to the family."
I felt a sudden jolt in my body. I opened my eyes and saw that I was no longer in the laboratory. I was in a forest, surrounded by trees and darkness. I looked at myself and saw that I had changed. I was taller and thinner, my skin was white and smooth, my clothes were black and torn. I had no face...
I felt a presence behind me. I turned around and saw Slender Man standing there. He was holding a hand out to me.
"Come with me," he said telepathically.
I felt a strange connection to Slender Man. I felt like he was my father, my brother, my friend. I felt like he belonged with me.
I reached out and took Slender Man's hand.
We walked together through the woods, silent and swift. I felt a new sense of freedom and power. I could sense everything around him, I could manipulate the environment, I could travel through dimensions. I was no longer human, I was something else...
I also felt a new hunger. A hunger for souls.
I saw a light in the distance. I saw a house with 2 teenage boys inside. But wait...
Those teenage boys were my friends...
I felt Slender Man's voice in my head, saying:
"Let's go hunting."
I nodded and followed Slender Man to the house.
We entered through the windows, unnoticed by my friends. My friends moved from room to room, heading at the room to look for me.
We found the Alex first. He was at the door, about to open it. I approached him slowly. I saw his face, his features, his expression. I felt a pang of nostalgia and sadness...
I shook it off and reached for Alex.
I grabbed him and Alex turned around to look at me. He screamed in horror, and I instantly dropped him.
Slender Man looked back at me and threw a powder at me.
I was back at the laboratory, still tied up.
Did I dream that? Or did it actually happen...
Dr. Smith opened the door, and greeted me.
"Hello, Jacob." Dr. Smith said.
"Let me go." I said, angrily
"Not yet." Dr. Smith said.
He went into another room. And brought a knife.
I panicked as soon as he entered the room.
"W-What is that?!" I yelled.
"Oh, don't worry this isn't for you." Dr. Smith said.
"Then, who is it for?". I asked, scared.
"Don't worry about it." Dr. Smith said.
I wanted to leave this stupid laboratory, I never wanted this to happen...
It's all Alex's fault. He dared me to go.
"Now now Alex, I need to inject you this." Dr. Smith said.
"Don't." I said.
"I need to." Dr. Smith said, slightly irritated.
"No!" I yelled.
"Alex! I need to!" Dr. Smith, yelled
I closed my eyes... And... I was back at my house...
What? How did...
Alex and my other friend came running at me.
"Jacob." Alex said, worried.
"Where were you?"
"I-I." I said, stuttering.
"You're pale." Alex said.
"I know." I said.
"You're really pale." Alex said.
"I know". I said, annoyed.
"Are you okay?" Alex said.
"Yes, I'm fine!" I yell.
"Whoa, chill." Alex says.
"I'm chill." I say, not so chill.
"Doesn't look like it." He says.
"Alright, I'm not. Is that want you want to hear?" I yell.
My mother comes running out of the basement.
"Jacob!" my mother says.
I turn around at the woods, and I see him...
He's still watching..
"Jacob!!" my mother yells.
"Yes?" I say, unaware of her.
"Look at me!" my mother says.
I turn around.
"Jacob, you're really pale." my mother said.
"I know." I said, angrier.
I run into the basement again, and shut the door behind me.
"Jacob!" Alex and my other friend say, muffled.
I look at myself in the mirror. My face is pale, my eyes are whiter... More whiter than ever..
Will I become the new Slender Man? Will I have the audacity to kill people?
Because if I do... Don't look for me... ever...
Because I have a feeling that I might be the next Slender Man... I don't know... yet.
