Hannah Tompson was born 27th July, 1993. Her Father died of lung cancer in 4th March, 1993. Her Mother died in child birth. Her elder sister, Flora Tompson, was her guardian, as she was 18 when Hannah was born. Hannah had a rather normal childhood until the age of 8, when she started stuttering and developed an uncontrollable twitch in her right eye. After taking her to a doctor a year later when the symptoms had persisted, she was officially diagnosed with Chronic Tic Disorder at the age of 9. She was bullied by her peers since the tics began before she was diagnosed.
At the age of 11, when she started secondary school, she made friends with a girl called Katie Pullman. She was walking home from school with Katie when she was attacked by a group of boys in one of the older years. They gave her the X scar over her right eye. She got a very dark sense of humour and found an unhealthy interest in rather dark and sensitive subject matters after the incident.
She graduated and both her and Katie went to study at a university to get a medical degree. She was diagnosed with lung cancer in her first year of university. The doctor botched it the operation, but the surgery was still successful. She went mad when she found out and threatened to kill him. Later, she killed Doctor Gyneal, the surgeon, and Nurse Kennedy, along with others. She has since never been seen other than by her victims, who are all dead from several stab wounds to the jugular and an X cut over their right eye. She writes on the wall in their blood and signs it with 'The Patient'.
