~ The Faceless Girl in The Vain, The Vengeful, and The Virtuous |
The Faceless Girl is a character in the poem, The Vain, The Vengeful, and The Virtuous. She is "The Vengeful" of the story.
Origins[]
Early Life[]
The Faceless Girl was an unknown girl between the ages 10-13 who lived in Unter-Montem (now known as Ulmontem) with her parents and brother. She was sent by her family to harvest persimmon in Spiel Crock Hill.
Death[]
The Faceless Girl encountered the Invisible Serpent disguised as a woman. The serpent bit the girl's head and accidentally pushed her body down the hill where it rolled and sank in a nearby lake. The serpent realized its mistake days later and retrieved the body but failed to consume it before her family came, trying to find her. She was then buried near the hill.
Days later, the same girl would rise from the grave and become known as the Faceless Girl.

~ The poem's Narrator |
The Faceless Girl wears wet, tattered, and dirty European traditional clothing. Her hair is drenched and messy, and her head floats above her body. Because of the lack of skin on her "face", her bloody face muscles and tendons are visibly seen. This is usually censored by the 2nd Narrator with black scribbles or just a blacked out version of her "face" with the outlines of her eyes drawn on. The ███████ has drawn a non-disturbing version of her for those who want an idea of how she looks like.
Behavior[]
When she was alive, the Faceless Girl was kind and caring to others in her village. Now, she is hostile to anyone she comes across and will actively chase down and rip out the faces of women that look like her murderer.
If you see her, run the other way. There's no way to reason or even calm her down.
Trivia[]
She was the only victim whose body was not eaten whole by the Invisible Serpent.
