The Miller House Institute is a renown mental health asylum situated in the state of Massachusetts, Owned by George Miller, this asylum boosts it's own public appeal by appearing as a charitable organisation, while on the inside, dark occult incidents take place away from the public eye.

The Miller House institute was a newly established venture founded by self-made billionaire George Miller and his German-American partner/alleged lover Alexandra Kantor, along with their close friend Mexican pastor Carlos Sanchez. Opened in 2013, the asylum boasted its technology, psychology experts and charitable goals of helping those in need. However, unknown to the public, all three associated are actually cult leaders for the Church of Zalgo, having joined together to form the asylum as a way to secure high profile criminally insane individuals to not only indoctrinate them into the cult, but also provide Zalgo with corruptible individuals to assimilate and form physical vessels. It is the three's collective belief that Zalgo feeds off of the trauma of each individual and draws inspiration from their minds to create physical forms otherwise known as "Zalgoids".

George Miller[]
Miller House asylum was the brain-child of middle aged billionaire George Miller, who is also a professional public speaker and utilises this skill to sway others to the supposed good will of Miller House and its care for the patients, including those of a criminal background. Despite being a brilliant speaker and charismatic man on the outside, George Miller is the most reluctant out of the trio of founders, being the more cowardly of the three and more than willing to through anyone under the bus if plans go astray.
Alexandra Kantor[]
George Miller's lover, she is known to be the dominant of the pair, often goading George Miller on. Her private life is filled with scandals, including taking on multiple lovers, sadistic behaviour and hiring dubious individuals as personal bodyguards. She is the unofficial leader of the trio, often showing a more cunning and manipulative mindset compared to her male companions.
Carlos Sanchez[]
The most fanatical of the trio, Father Carlos Sanchez works as the chaplain of Miller House, and holds dark sermons for the high profile patients. His methods are cruel and involve extensive experimentation on the minds of these patients, hoping to get out their darkest traumas in order to fuel his Lord Zalgo with the forms he desires for his "Zalgoids".

Billy Randell[]
AKA, "Cajun Rabbit", Billy is a genetically-deformed Cajun having gone through years of bullying and ridicule, due to his large ears, buck teeth and bulging eyes, earning him his nickname of "Cajun Rabbit". Later on in life, he began to develop a bizarre method of coping with his abuse and funnelling his rage; cannibalism.
For several years, he has lured several young men into his abode in order to be cooked and eaten, and some he claimed came to him 'willingly'. Though he has clearly developed a wendigo psychosis, he exclaims that he takes much more pleasure in cooking his victims rather than eating them.
Maria Montford[]
AKA, "Momma", Maria became the first patient to successfully transfer her trauma into a Zalgoid form. After being forced into killing her own children for a ritualistic sacrifice, the guilt and trauma was too much for the loving mother, and she developed an extreme dissociative identity disorder. She currently has four different personalities; that of her three children (Ralph the eldest, Sarah the oldest daughter and Alice who is the youngest daughter) and she would live out the lives of her three children, speaking in turn with herself or to others, all of them fearing the fourth and horrific personality, that they only refer to as "Momma".
Octavia Croneberg[]
AKA, "The Spider Girl", Octavia was originally a spoiled rich girl from California, born into a wealthy family. When a deranged criminal kidnapped her and held her ransom, he repeatedly violated her in his room and recorded it, sending the footage to her parents, friends, relatives and even broadcasted it across the internet until the police intervened. Octavio was violated for a solid 6 hours straight, with full knowledge that hundreds if not thousands of people were watching her, including her family. The heavy trauma was too much for her mind as she snapped. When the police finally recovered her after the kidnapper was arrested, Octavia was a jabbering, laughing wreck, crawling about in a disturbing way, imitating a spider. It seemed during her assault, she fixated on a spider crawling on the wall, and her broken mind had now taken on the attributes of the one creature she could see as escaping the horrific situation. She has not recovered from this "spider" state since.
Dr. Arnold Krauss[]
AKA, "Dr. Kreis/Circles", Dr. Kreis was a mathematician and philosopher, arguing against the theories and rules of Angles established by the Greek scholar Pythagoras. He instead believed that measuring space shouldn't be done with angles, but with circles and spheres, believing the cosmos are made up of spheres and the angles are breaks in time and space. His theories were of course laughed off by everyone, including his wife, who in a fit of rage he murdered with a broken shard of mirror. Driven by the insane guilt, he had convinced himself that a "hellhound" from the corner of the mirror had murdered his wife, and after being committed to the asylum, took to drawing circles in any available angle he could find, to stop the monster, but also to open up portals to the "cosmos", including "opening a portal" in his own mind with a circular symbol on his forehead.
Rayne Decker[]
AKA, "The Ronin", Rayne Decker is a delusional, schizophrenic drug-addict born into a bad neighbourhood. His lonely, depressing lifestyle led him down the road of drug-abuse, that in turn exacerbated his mental conditions. He once learned that part of his family heritage was of Japanese decent, and more specifically that of Samurai warriors. He became obsessed with ancient Japanese culture, fashioning his hair, clothes and even using what money he had to buy a katana. However, once he had begun to neglect his medication, voices returned to him, convincing him he was a disgraced "ronin", and that to regain honour he must "free himself" to find a new 'master'.
He was later brought to the Miller House Asylum after a murder spree at a local hospital, where he had swiftly decapitated 7 doctors, all of which he was previously treated by.
Blake Rossum[]
AKA, "The Ice-Cream Man", Blake Rossum stands at over 8 feet tall and weighs just over a ton, being a combination of pure muscle and fat with long, gorilla-like arms, making him the largest inmate in Miller House Asylum. Blake is a psychotic child-killer and pedophile, baring the guise as an "Ice-Cream Man" to kidnap his young victims, often wearing an uncanny vintage Ice-Cream Man mask. Despite his cruel acts, Blake has no true evil intentions towards children, as he sees his horrific acts as "playing" with them.

Having been raised in a poor family with an alcoholic dad, he would frequently witness his father violate his mother right in front of his own kids. These constant acts scarred young Blake's mind, as he too began to do the same sick acts to his own sisters, after his father claims he was only "playing" with his mother. Thus Blake could not fully distinguish between sexual acts and childish playtime. He even "played" with captured dogs by a local perverted kennel owner. And as Blake grew older, he got a taste for it. To fulfil his desires, he took to kidnapping children, a task that became much easier after getting an ice-cream van.
However, because of his size and inability to control his own strength, the child-minded Blake would always accidentally kill his victims during "playtime", greatly upsetting him. Soon he would have to venture out to find a new "friend" to play with.
Blake's demeanour is sickly sweet with a soft, innocent-sounding voice. But once he is angered (usually be someone attacking him), his entire personality shifts into a rage-filled monster, only able to yell and scream at the top of his lungs, and filled with enough adrenaline that makes him near unstoppable, unable to feel most pain and the ability to tear a full-grown man's limbs apart as though they were parts of a toy. Because of his unnatural size and strength, Blake's hands is kept in iron shackles and chains at all times within the asylum.
Allison White[]
AKA, "The Bride", Allison White was preparing for her perfect wedding day, until her groom stood her up, and she later discovered she had ditched her for her own sister. Filled with bitter rage, she mercilessly murdered her would-be groom and her own sister in their honeymoon suite after stalking them. Police found her beside the mutilated bodies while wearing her wedding dress, her veil stained with running black mascara, and her teeth had been dyed black with tar. She was later taken to Miller House after denying she had taken anyone's life and constantly remarked that she was "looking for a groom". She still wears her stained bridal veil even in her cell.
Herbert "Lucky" Leeds[]
A paranoid schizophrenic, Leeds was the owner of a pet shop along with his pet dog, Lucky, as the animals were the only things that brought him joy. However, after a street riot nearly destroyed his store, and soon after hearing a convincing radio drama about a zombie invasion, Leeds became convinced that the world was coming to an end due to a zombie apocalypse, and barricaded himself within his own store. For days he stayed inside the store, as the public simply thought he was closing up. But in reality, Leeds was giving into his psychosis.
Days turned to weeks, and soon the authorities broke into the store to find a malnourished Leeds having killed and eaten many of the animals inside the house in order to "survive", including his own dog. Overwhelmed with guilt when he came to the realisation that there was no apocalypse, his mind snapped as he took on the perceived personas of each of the animals he had eaten, making paper masks of each and claiming that the animals "spoke through him" as spirits.
Billie Nightingale[]
AKA, "The Castrato, Billie was born into a wealthy, pious Austrian family that wanted their choir-singing son to be a famous opera singer. Though the child was talented, his parents were worried his fame would fade with puberty, so they had him castrated to keep his high voice. Saddened by the loss of his manhood and thus his adulthood, Billie disowned his parents later in life and travelled to America. Though he could not find success, he instead fell deeper and deeper into debt, being forced to become a male prostitute in order to pay his rent, but even then this landed him with several STIs. Angered by his state of living, he one night perceived the "voice of God", telling him that the path to salvation was to burn down his apartment. After the arson attack, he would do the same to the local library, feeling he was doing God's will by burning "harmful" books. The authorities later detained him, and confiscated a homemade flamethrower he had constructed for the attacks.
Mohammad Otah[]
AKA, "Deer Hunter", an asylum seeker from Syria, he had lost his little kid sister at a border patrol, and brought her body back to his family to be buried. After the family decided to flee the terrorist war, Mohammed did not want to leave his sister behind, so went back to dig up her corpse, much to his parent's horror. He carried her small decaying body in a backpack, with the guilt and trauma weighing on him. The moment he became separated from his family was the moment he snapped, taking on a vigilante role and attacking the same border patrol that killed his sister. Even when finally moving to the states, the vigilante, nicknamed "Deer Hunter" due to his red bandana, started hunting perceived terrorists as well as US army outposts, being something of an allusive and deadly one-man-army. However, his reign of terror was short lived and after being detained by the US military, was taken to Miller House and spared the death penalty. His sister's rotted remains are kept within the asylum's morgue, where Otah continuously asks to be reunited with.
Aubrey Templeton[]
AKA, "The Plague", Aubrey Templeton is a child predator that lived in the sewers of Detroit, preying on young children using a variety of chemicals and drugs, including noxious gases. The authorities found him in an underground shelter, wearing rags and a WW2 era gas mas, covered in rats that were addicted to the horrific effects of the hallucinogenic gases. Because of his lack of remorse for his crimes and his disgusting behaviour and demeanour, Templeton is one of the most hated inmates in the asylum, and usually a target of abuse from the orderlies.
Derek Carpenter[]
AKA, "Skinwalker", Derek Carpenter was the son of the sheriff in a Native American reservations. He grew up looked down upon by his neighbours due to him being the son of a cop, and was heavily neglected by his father. He spent most of his time out in the hill areas alone, talking to the supposed “ spirits “ of his ancestors as comfort. The town elders originally thought this was initially a positive thing, meaning the spirits were smiling upon them all. Until Derek reached his 18th birthday, for some unknown reason, he butchered 60% of population in the reservation. He then assembled the corpses into a massive statue of a centaur, deer, lizard-like entity. When the police arrived they found him eating the head of his father while kneeling under the statue of corpses. He was one of the first inmates to be locked up in the Miller House.
Dean "Zeta" Belmont[]
An undercover detective that attempted to expose Miller House for its true nature and what its been doing to the patients/inmates. Posing as one of the staff, he was quickly discovered and apprehended by Carlos Sanchez, who through a series of legal loopholes and the re-writing of Belmont's medical documents, had Belmont committed to the very asylum he was spying on. Now a victim in the heart of the beast, Belmont endures several torturous beatings from Sanchez and the orderlies, ending with him constantly covered head to toe in bandages to hide his many wounds. All the while, Belmont plans his escape, along with several other willing patients.
Vern Glover[]
AKA, "The Sculptor", Vern Glover was the son of a wealthy family in California. He was a very talented clay and wax sculpture, he would often create life-like pieces of family and friends. However, Vern had a dark secret; he was a psychopathic serial killer who would use body parts to aid in his creations. One night during his work in the basement of the mansion, his latest victim had started a fire which engulfed manor. She was saved by firefighters, but Vern Glover was horrific burned. Most of his body, including part of his face was covered in third degree burns. This event would completely shatter Vern’s mental state; he would end up using mouldable clay to cover his face while using a clay-wax mixture to cover the rest of his body to protect his body from “The Revealing Fire."
Seth Rivers[]
AKA, "The Hollow Sniper", Seth Rivers originally grew up in the Alaskan wilderness with his abusive survivalist father. His father isolated Seth completely in the wilderness for years of his life, teaching him about hunting, firearms, fishing, tracking and many other tactics and techniques. His father filled him with the belief that everything outside of the forest was evil and 'civilization' was going to be the downfall of humanity.
Eventually, Seth couldn’t take the torture and abuse anymore. At the age of 17, he killed his father by setting up a trap and shooting him down. He then fled into one of the towns and stayed in an abandoned van. Without his father’s direction and all of his twisted beliefs situated within his mind, Seth became unhinged. He had spread terror throughout the different Alaskan cities and towns by killing people with his Ruger M77 Rifle. He was given the name “ Hollow Sniper “ due to him leaving creepy sketches of disfigured humanoids he called “ Hollows “ where he sniped people. The sketches would show these "Hollows" being shot in similar fashions to the victims of Seth. It’s believed he did this to show others what he sees of people in society and civilization. He was caught at age 20 by police and sent to Miller Asylum. It’s believed he killed almost 50 people which included normal civilians, cops, gang members and possibly a mayor.
Lance Walker[]
AKA, "The Straggele", Lance Walker grew up on a goat farm with his mom and little sister in Canada, with an absent father. As a child, he would get into fights and have random outbursts of screaming tantrums, but was otherwise a normal child. His mother heavily favoured his little sister over him, often making him take care of the goats while his sister got everything she wanted. The only time his mother ever treated him fairly was on Christmas if he had been considered 'good'.
Eventually when he was 15, Christmas started he went to look for his presents so he knew what he got. He went into the attic which his mother forbid her kids from every house. That was there he found a man’s corpse with several tore up photographs and letters all around it. This was Lance’s dad, who was murdered by his wife because he tried to leave her and take the kids after he found out she had cheated on him and that his daughter may not be his.
Lance, suffering an absolute mental breakdown at the revelation that his father didn’t leave him and was actually trying to get him back broke him. He would butcher his most loved goat, “ Nicholas “ and wear it’s head as a mask while he waited for his mom and sister to get from town. Upon coming back home from their trip, Lance would butcher his mom and lock his little sister in the house. Lance, now calling himself “Straggele“, would go on a murderous rampage on his Christmas. He killed 8 people before being captured. Cops found him with the skull of his father and the decapitated head of his mother tied to his belt. He called both of them “Papa Krampus“ and “Mama Perchta”
Bradley Crichton[]
AKA, "The Lizard", Bradley Crichton was abandoned at birth due to his genetic disorder. The boy was born with Harlequin-type ichthyosis. This disorder causes thickened skin over nearly the entire body at birth. The skin forms large, diamond/trapezoid/rectangle-shaped plates that are separated by deep cracks. Bradley was adopted by the Ringleader of Crichton Circus. Bradley grew up to be a main attraction at the Freak-Show, he was given the name “ The Lizard Jester. “ His act would involve him getting abused by others members of the Freakshow by beating him or making him do incredibly dangerous stunts. Bradley however accepted it due to the love of being the “ Star “ of the show. However the abuse eventually took its toll on him and in a fit of rage, he butchered many circus employees and patrons. When police arrived, that found him sitting in the middle of the tent, eating his other members of the Freakshow including his adoptive father.
Conrad Dragomir[]
AKA, "The Inquisitor", Conrad Dragomir was a Slavic-American immigrant who had joined the US Navy and became a Navy Seal. During his tour, Conrad would be injured in combat due to an explosion. After being sent back home, Conrad would come to find out his family moved to Ukraine while collecting the money he made.
Being abandoned and homeless, a wealthy family known as the Sweetens would bring him in as a butler and bodyguard for the couple. After 5 years of loyal service, Conrad would end up in an affair Jessica Sweeten, the wife of Mark Sweeten. However Conrad and Jessica would cut off their affair after finding out she was pregnant. This would unfortunately not last, while on a trip into Oregon, Mark and Jessica would be killed in a riot. This event would destroy Conrad, losing the only people he had and his possibly unborn child, Conrad would view humanity, mostly criminals, as cruel and chaotic creatures that need to be purged from society. Using the Sweeten’s wealth, Conrad went on a rampage of vigilante justice. He had killed several gangs, mobs and drug cartels during his onslaught. However he was caught after he brutally killed a corrupt police chief. Conrad no longer goes by his own name. He simply refers to himself as “ The Inquisitor. “ The black executioner mask he wears was not removed even as he was taken to Miller House, as doctors believed it may be part of his psychosis, and removing the mask would send him into a catatonic state.
Vine Pavlovich Volikov[]
AKA, "The Doll-Maker", his father was a doll maker by trade, but was murdered by a perverted crime boss before Vine's own eyes as a child, forced to watch his father and his home burn to the ground, before being imprisoned by the corrupt millionaire, tortured and violated for three long years. He was Vine's first victim, and the amount of trauma he had suffered at such a young age transformed the young man into a prolific serial killer, preying on young women and transforming them into his own little "dolls". The authorities discovered an abandoned warehouse containing 47 life-sized "dolls" made from human remains, with all traces of DNA leading back to Vine.

- The Doll-Maker was created by Chisai-Yokai, however The Doll Maker's story is non-canon to the events of Miller House. However, the creator has allowed the character to be a part of the alternate universe of Miller House.
