Inexistent, also known simply as Umbra, being its most widely known nickname in reports, is a digital paranormal entity that has an obsession with erasing memory media created by humanity, as well as most physical media. This specific version is the previous version of the current character.
Origin[]
Inexistent is an entity that was simply created from nothing, it is unknown who or what created it, but the only thing that is known about it is that it is an entity of a Mandela effect.
Biography[]
Most of INX's past is shrouded in mystery, and the only thing known about her is that she is a spirit originating from Japan, in an unknown year, but probably according to reports, in the year 1982.
The first recorded appearance of INX was shortly after the release of Super Mario Bros for the Nintendo NES in late 1983. About a week after the game's release, numerous reports came in about anonymous NES cartridges containing poor versions of the game being marketed. Reports on the contraband documented the symptoms that children in possession of the game displayed, such as nausea, headaches, and decreased vision, while proclaiming to be fine despite the varying intensity of their symptoms. However, all reports surrounding the case went completely unnoticed and were only discovered years later, with ten cases recorded in total and apparently spreading to China.
Most of the law enforcement officials involved in the case in the following years would begin to suffer other symptoms, including lack of sleep and extreme paranoia. Although no new cases appeared, parents made regular phone calls to the police, but the calls themselves were distorted and blocked by static noise or interrupted by a third voice, blocking communication between the caller and the authorities, although the authorities They could not describe this strange event, but most of them described the third voice as that of...a woman.
Over time, a police department would make steady progress with the case and find the cause behind the symptoms by witnessing the symptoms first-hand, as one of the officer's children had been experiencing the symptoms that came with the pirate game. from Super Mario. As public interest in the case focused on events in China and Japan, other cases began to fade into obscurity and be ignored. Eventually, the police dropped the case and stopped reporting on it, with speculation that it had to do with the hospitalization of the lead investigator's son due to symptoms of the pirate game.
Although the cases faded into obscurity, they apparently picked up again during the development of Super Mario Bros 2, with posters hanging near NES buildings detailing a mysterious individual handing out pirated copies and lying about her position in the company, and It was clarified by NES officials that this is not a real person, but something much worse than that.
Appearance[]
Inexistent appears in a variety of forms. It's actually just the head, along with sharp tentacles protruding from the "neck stump." She often appears as her usual white head with a black face, or a white face floating in the darkness.
However, she usually pilots the "corpse" of a protagonist from a franchise she deleted, usually using the body of Wapeach (a discarded character from the Nintendo franchise), since it was the first franchise she deleted. Her method of movement is to replace the character's head, replacing it with her own, and the body also undergoes slight modifications. For example, she can drastically change the appearance without the "host" feeling any pain.
Personality[]
Being a master of psychological torture, Inexistent is an incredibly cruel, sadistic, and cold-blooded entity that enjoys making and watching people suffer in various ways. Completely ruthless and psychopathic, she especially enjoys watching the children's parents worry and panic about their children's mental state as they become more addicted to the pirate game of Super Mario, in some cases tormenting the parents into believing that they are guilty of their son's fate, as if she were teaching them a lesson, but the reason is unknown. Inexistent also likes to torment his child victims, reminding them that their escapism through play will eventually fail as their problems in their home life worsen.
INX is a very cunning and intelligent being. She has knowledge of various forms of torture and psychological abuse. She is able to enhance her infection in several ways and can carefully manipulate her victims to increase their gambling addiction, while also being careful not to get sucked in by his victims' parents until he feels like making fun of them afterward. Their child has suffered enough harm, making them feel guilty.
INX is also very arrogant at times, conceited and somewhat flamboyant, probably due to her complete control over her victims. The attention she gets from the media and the power she wields, being able to generate fear and panic in the public. Despite the arrogance, she does not see herself too far away and does not like to be recognized as a god, because being a Mandela effect entity, she does not even like this "word", so to speak.
Powers and Abilities[]
Memory Erasure[]
Inexistent can be described as a violent Mandela effect. Inexistent's main ability is to “wipe” franchises off the face of the earth. When this occurs, the overall memories of the franchise are completely erased from any human being on Earth.
However, this ability is flawed. Since mere fragments of information may remain in the heads of some, and things like tapes and game cartridges may still be lying around, which can annoy Inexistent. If any of these “corrupt media sources” are played, a strain of Inexistent will automatically appear and attack the viewer. When this happens, the person themselves will be deleted from the history and the records will suddenly disappear as long as they contain direct information about the person. No one will ever remember the person. Inexistent ones can hide in Internet links removed from the media (for example, Youtube links or Flash games containing the deleted franchise), which are usually advertised as “nostalgia”, thus acting as a trap for anyone who finds them.
Electronic Manipulation (& Master Manipulation)[]
Inexistent may also use screens to try to entice people close to them to consume the media, promising to return their missing relatives or some other type of bribe.
Forms[]
Blackness[]
Blackness is an unusual way of seeing and the closest thing to warning a person that they may stumble upon erased media. Black appears as his face, but in white instead of black. Blackness will usually flash on the screen moments after a person enters a "deleted" link or game. In-universe, the phrase "BEWARE OF THE BLACKNESS". It is commonly used to warn bystanders.
She also takes this form when he "wipes" a franchise, using his tentacles to decapitate a franchise's protagonist. It is unknown whether this process is for show, or Nonexistent actually has to “kill” the main character to erase his franchise, as of yet, is unknown.
Parasite[]
Parasite is the usual form Inexistent is seen in. Inexistent’s head is usually attached to a monochromatic and warped body of a franchise’s protagonist (varies depending on the game opened.)
Overlord[]
Overlord It is a hypothetical form, never seen in reality, not until the moment of her existence. Overlord is when the Inexistent hypothetically exerts too much effort, causing the host to become unstable. The limbs extend and become dead pixels, along with Inexistents face stretching, although he may also have other deformities, such as having black tentacles, horns, and wings made of bones.
Yuko[]
Being her human form, Yuko is apparently a representation of a woman, with an elegant black suit, with a white tie, short black-white hair, although her look seems taken from hell itself. Although a weakness of this form is that it is weak against cameras.

Facts[]
- Inexistent was created by Marie_Leblanc.
- Not only does Marie both know about the page, but this is also considered the OFFICIAL page.
- Inexistent original concept was as a take on Mario.Exe, however this was immediately scrapped and made into a proper entity.
- She has no relation to Mario.Exe, she isn't a spin-off Creepypasta.
- The current official list of franchises/ media Inexistent canonically has erased is as follows:
- Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic the Hedgehog), Pokémon (Red), Super Mario Bros. (Mario Mario), Yume Nikki (Madotsuki), DISNEY (Oswald the Lucky Rabbit/Michael "Mickey" Theodore Mouse), OFF (The Batter), Undertale (Frisk), TBA
- This list and its effects will be elaborated on in a planned ARG/Unfiction that is currently being developed.
- Inexistent doesn't go for games/media simply because they are popular, but rather chooses them depending on their long-lasting impact. Which is why it erased games which had a huge influence such as the ones above.
- Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic the Hedgehog), Pokémon (Red), Super Mario Bros. (Mario Mario), Yume Nikki (Madotsuki), DISNEY (Oswald the Lucky Rabbit/Michael "Mickey" Theodore Mouse), OFF (The Batter), Undertale (Frisk), TBA
- Inexistent prefers to communicate through text, but can speak. Its words are a jumbled mix of different human voices, implying it is simply mimicking human voices it has heard before.
- Inexistent has no canon voice, or VA. It’s all for interpretation, this was done completely purposefully, although Marie prefers the glitchy bit-crushed ones.
- While it usually possesses the protagonist of a franchise, its presence causes other characters in the media to be warped.
- She has no interest in meeting any other Exe, both from the Sonic and Mario franchises, but she can only get along with someone who shares the same goals as her.
- One of the things she hates the most is that humans remember a franchise that she erased, and it is what she hates the most: witnesses. So, she will seek in any means possible to eliminate that person from existence, and that no one will remember.
