Rumors[]
Famously, many claim Tara is a serial killer, or the product of one, adorned in the clothes of her victims. Many also posit that the shot near the video's end may be a burial plot for potential victims.
Actual backstory[]
The creator of Tara is John Bergeron. He has his own website where he posted videos of Tara singing in the early 2000's, with the blog being last updated in February 2006. He planned for Tara to make live appearances once he fixed her hardware; however, she sang badly, and no live performances ever followed.
