Plot[]
The video begins with Patrick saying "Hi Walter!" as he begins talking about a girl he met at the mall. He explains that he went shopping with her, and said that she bought a lot of clothes. He explained that they also went to buy jewelry, as she bought a necklace which he claims is the most amazing necklace he has ever seen. He then explains that they got tired and he brought her back to his place. He says that she hates cameras, but he will show her anyway. It switches to the next scene, where he opens the door to show his girlfriend, who is kidnapped, screaming, and crying. He then goes inside the room, closing the door as she screams, and the video ends.
Disappearance of Kayla Berg[]
Kayla Berg was a 15-year-old girl that lived in Wisconsin. She disappeared on August 11, 2009. She and her boyfriend Kevin were driving around Antigo, Wisconsin, allegedly smoking marijuana. Between 9 and 11 PM, Kevin dropped Kayla off at his house in Wausau, Wisconsin. According to Kevin, all lights in the house were turned off and no one was at home. After that night, Kayla was never seen again. Her disappearance was reported 6 days after she went missing.
Connection with Kayla Berg[]
This video was uploaded 2 months after her disappearance. She wore a red spaghetti-strap top, dark blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, tan low-heeled sandals and a silver ringed necklace at the time of her disappearance. In the video, she is wearing a spaghetti-strap top, but it appears to be a pink color.
Investigation[]
The people in this video were investigated by Antigo Police Department in 2016. It was revealed that the video didn't have any connection to Kayla Berg, meaning that the video was staged. The actors were apart of a YouTube comedy channel called 2150studios. They issued a public apology for the video, and deleted their account soon after out of guilt.
Real or Fake[]
The video had since been debunked. The actors in the video were identified as Michael Maton and Lucy Cavo. As the video wasn't connected to Kayla Berg, the video was staged. It was coincidentally uploaded 2 months after the disappearance of her
