Appearance
Almond shaped green eyes and porcelain skin. She has short curly black hair always pinned back by an golden pin with an bright red gem(Important later on). Her usual outfit changes depends on what she's doing that day. If she's just doing nothing and hanging around she's wearing an long lavender dress with white laces. If she's going out murdering people, she's wearing something slightly more practical. Most likely some sort of trousers with some button up shirt. Gives off an old England kind of vibe
Personality
Pre-Insanity: Hazle was what you would call an golden child. Especially with her big family. Straight As, smart, resourceful and overall an sweet person. Volunteers to help with things, tutors kids at her school, has an strict moral code she sticks to and good with young childrens. She's a bit shy to people she doesn't know but opens up after she get's to know them better. Due to her sweet personality she's friends with majority of her peers but has a few closer ones. With her closer friends she's really playful and can be a bit sarcastic at times when she's mad.
After Insanity: Due to the accident she became unstable. Her mood changes drastically and quickly. She can be sobbing and crying one second then laughing about the death of her victims the next. Gone was the shy(-Ish) girl and incomes the un hinged serial killer. When it's one of her better days her mood is kind of consistent and the mood swings are a lot less drastic and a bit more tamed. She's giggly(the insane kind of giggly) and a lot more sarcastic compared to her Pre-Inanity personality.
Backstory/Origin

Family
Hazle's family is very special, they posses an powerful golden Pin (The one she wears in her hair). This pin essentially traps the person wearing it in time. While wearing this pin you don't age with the world around you, you are basically immortal as long as you keep the pin on. You're not invincible, you're going to die when your head get's chopped of, but you can't age. Because of this all of her family appears extremely young despite having six children Hazle being the second oldest. But due to the pin and the power it holds the Primula family has a lot of enemies who wants the pin, witch leads to the accident that drove Hazle o insanity.
Accident
As I have said before the pin caused the Primula Family to have a lot of enemies. In order to protect it the live off in the country in an high security household. The closest town where Hazle goes to school in is a 3 hour walk away.
On December 5th, 1958 at 1 am an organization launched an attack on the Primula family home. Hazle was around 17 and a half at the time. The organization was unknown but wheres an signature white mask with golden trimmings cover their full face. The primula family had an pattern where they alternate on random depending on the average tempture on that day in witch room they hid the pin in. On that day the Pin was hidden under an loose floor board in the attic. Once Hazle realized they were under attack Hazle escaped locked the attic door and hid in an large chest tucked in the back of the attic. She effectively locked her self in the chest due to the fact the lock was faulty. Like I said before Hazle was an smart kid.
This is where her sanity began to crumble. After everyone the Organization was able to capture refuse to tell them where Hazle and the pin was they began to kill them and tourture them one by one, starting youngest, Tommy and 7 year old boy and went up by on their. Due to the fact it was a long long time ago the houses weren't soundproofed. So despite Hazle hiding in an chest in the attic she could hear every single thing. Every scream and every shout as one by one her family was gruesomely murdered. Refusing to tell the, where Hazle or the pin was. This is what began to chip at her sanity.
After all the family members were killed they began to look for the pin. Pulling at every draw and flipping over every furniture. They eventually made their way to the attic entrance. After an few minutes of rattling and picking at the locks they broke through. After essentially destroying everything, including flipping over the chest Hazle was in. But due to her incredibly light white, they assumed it was just junk. Like I said this was in 1958 people were a-lot dumber back then. After they decided the Pin wasn't here and the fact that it was getting to early they left.
When Hazle was sure that they were gone, she got her self out of the chest and grabbed the pin for under the floor board and pined it in her hair. She made her way down, praying that her family somehow survived. When she arrived at the bottomed of the stair case, eyes looking over her families dead body she screamed. This was the finaly thing that broke her. In the span of 3 hours, Hazle lost her hold on sanity. She screamed and sobbed and laughed. It's rumoured that you can still hear her screams to this day.
That was when she decided she was going to kill every last one of them. The organizations family, the people who helped them's family. And with the pin she can kill their descendent and their decedent's decedent and so on. With the pin she could forever haunt their bloodline.

Golden Pin
The golden pin just trapping the user in time is almost a blessing. but that is only if you don't count the draw backs. The longer and the more frequently the user wear it the more unstable the user get. The user's emotions get's out of control at times and won't be in the best place in terms of mental health after wearing the pin for long periods of time. There is also an "addiction" factor of the pin. The longer the user wears it the more they won't to keep it on and the harder it is to get it off.
Hammer
Hazel's most common killing and most well known strategy is to trap the victim, and immobilizing them before killing them with an hammer blow to the face. The reason she uses an hammer is because the organization used hammers to murder her family.
