Flesh is a parasite that is able to turn the infected person into it's personalised zombie.

Appearance 

Since it constantly replaces parts of itself, it doesn't have a solid appearance. It's current form is similar to that of a zombie, the host is left with mostly dead tissue while lacking most to all brain function. The host relies on the parasite for movement as, over time, it is able to control the entire host and their functions, externally and internally.

Origin

During the events of WW2, a group of scientist made a parasite that will end the war which they gave the code name FLESH. But, on 1944 November the 6th, Flesh had breached its containment from the laboratory.

Not much was discovered was to who let it escape nor how it was done. All that was recovered that could have been linked was the numerous medical documents about multiple soldiers becoming insane in a matter of seconds upon the battlefield or in the trenches.

The current whereabouts of Flesh is unknown but it was last seen in Russia, Ufa. As for the infected? We may never truly find out who could be carrying the parasite...as well as whether or not it can multiply at the same, quickened rate in WW2.

Symptoms of Infection

1. Fatigue (usually begins within 2-4 days of infection) - The host will become weaker in terms of energy, losing sleep each night as the parasite will try to travel to find the perfect place for it to rest and take control over the course of a few days. This may often result in pain or discomfort.
2. Hallucinations and Insomnia (usually lasts for 2-6 days of infection) -The host will lose the ability to sleep in a course of 2 days, by that time they will start have hallucinations (commomly a passed away loved one). The lack of sleep makes the host more aggressive.
3. Flesh Decay and Muscle Spasms (usually last 3-5 days) - The flesh of the host will start to rot, at the same time starts to twitch a lot, having occasional seizures. By this point the host is helpless.
4. Insanity (usually lasts 5-8 days of infection) - The host will slowly lose their mind, giving the parasite a chance to control the host. This may be the last step before the parasite has gained complete control or it may take another few steps before it can fully possess it's host.
