The Follower Aka Libitina Anderson was a normal girl until she found out something that would happen to her friend Noelle when she turned 11. Ashley Taylor saw Libitina listening in to the conversation and began to hunt Libitina down and kill her before she could tell Noelle, Libitina told Noelle but Noelle wouldn't listen.
Noelle eventually had to confront Ashley and tried to talk her out of killing her but Vowed to kill Noelle after killing Libitina. Libitina ran far away and went to her room and began to think of a plan and eventually came up with one.
She faked her death and wrote a note saying that she couldn't take any more bullying from Ashley and after Ashley's arrest Libitina went to Noelle's door but stopped herself knowing that Noelle would hate her knowing that Libitina faked her own death and Libitina left her home town and eventually met Lucy Angelov and became her proxy,However it is heavily implied that she was a victim of sexual assault,and her first kill was him.A rumor is passing that is being passed around that is about her starting a revolution against “The Night Demon” but will they win this is the question you should be asking.

Libitina was a normal girl until that fateful day she decided to fake her death and frame Ashley for the cause of her suicide to protect Noelle from Ashley, Libitina felt romantic feelings for Noelle but could never bring herself to confess from how scared she was if she was rejected.
As Noelle turned 11, her condition got worse. She missed her friend and wanted to see her but couldn't take any chances of being found out that she was alive. So, he faked her death because she knew her friend wouldn't love her. Libitina had to toughen up after being ambushed by 3 men in the girl's bathroom and having to break their noses.
She quickly ran out of the bathroom and bumped into a woman with white hair and black tips she quickly recognized the similar face and screamed at her saying "It's Lucy Angelov"
Lucy looked at her with a surprised face and began asking how she knew it was her Libitina answered with that face looked similar to the face on one of the photos Noelle had of Lucy. Libitina asked how she was alive and Lucy explained how and why she was alive, soon enough Libitina became Lucy's proxy and helped her in her quest to protect the remaining people in her family.

Their hair is blue with purple tips and one red streak, they wear a hood, and have a mask covering their mouth, they wear a plain black shirt with black gloves, they have a black skirt with a blue heart in the middle and blue and black stockings and blue combat boots.
