Drosera, also commonly known as Sunny, is the main antagonist of the Creepypasta story, "The Hidden Memory of Plants". Sunny is a man-eating serial killer with unknown motives.
Origin[]
In the original story, a boy named Alex is spending the summer with his parents in their cabin. One night he wakes up because his leg is very uncomfortable though he quickly disregards it to go back to sleep. In the morning his parents discover a horrible rash on his ankle, with no idea how it got there. His dad wraps it up and the rest of the day is spent without a care in the world.
The following night he wakes up to a throbbing pain in his leg. Alex briefly sees a green vine retreating before realizing that his leg is bleeding heavily and he cries out to his parents in fear. They rush in and bring him to the bathroom to tend to his leg. Alex tries to explain and tell them about the vine but it only comes out as whimpers. His parents let him spend the rest of the night in their room but no one sleeps that night.
Over the next week nothing else seems to happen. Alex's leg heals and his parents chalked it down to him scratching his leg viciously in his sleep. Sometimes out of the corner of his eyes he swears the vines are taunting him but when he looks they stop.
Two weeks pass and Alex wakes up to his mothers voice through the wall. He crawls out of bed and heads to his parents room, he can't hear his mother anymore. Opening the door he see's a multitude of those same vines entangling his parents who are oddly still. He follows the vines with his eyes to see a figure at the foot of his parents bed.

A group of touring college kids find Alex wandering in the middle of the road at three in the morning in hysterics. Police declare Daren and Kasey Oakley as deceased two days later. The police couldn't get any information about his parents or where their bodies had gone. All they know is that the boy was screaming about creeping vines.
Appearance[]
Sunny generally appears in a off-black long sleeve shirt and light green jeans (usually cuffed). She occasionally wears a full face mask covered with bark from trees. Whenever her mask breaks she simply makes
another one. Her hair is a frosty charcoal while her eyes are a unique shade of amber.
