Pervert

A Pervert is a character who experiences and/or displays abnormal sexual behavior. Primarily for the sake of being evil/sinister, however, these perversions must be notably abhorrent or obstructive to other people's lives and not merely some kind of "kink". A character who is a pervert, their nasty behavior is merely mischievous but negatively effects those around them; if it does not, then its a "kink" and doesn't count.
