Characters that are above being considered serial killers who perpetrate mass murder whenever possible, and only occasionally take a break.

Mass murder describes the act of killing a group of people all at the same time. Not to be confused with serial murder, which would describe the act of murdering people one at a time over a relatively long period of time.
