Prologue[]
Born into the Chau family, a group of affluent Vietnamese immigrants known to dabble in show-biz, Candace was always used to fame in being in the spotlight. Her parents despite their affluence were kind, and warm. The said cannot be said for Candace, who appeared to have been born evil.
Candace at the tender age of 15, committed her first murder following her debut. A girl named Kayla spread slanderous information about her in regards to her idol debut saying how she “never relied on natural and talent” and that she “used her parents wealth to cover up her crimes.”
Candace, flew into a murderous rage, and killed Kayla in her home, and made it look like a suicide in a panic. Empowered, she began to murder more of her critics and staging their deaths as accidents, it is unknown how many people she has murdered, but the estimated amount before the events of “Gray” is 3. Candace eventually murdered a rival pop-idol, Leah, which caused her to experience a breakthrough in her career and become “The Candace Chau”, making her a household name in Fernville.
GRAY[]
She was first introduced when Melissa and San wanted to weaken the mayors vast network of connections, in order to put him into a position of vulnerability. Melissa identified that Candace comprised a large majority of Mayor James’s web of connections, and as such, she needed to be disposed of as soon as possible.
Melissa and San interviewed her, in order to learn more about her routine, so that they could dispose of her more efficiently. Melissa immediately noticed that she had a darker side of her personality, that she described as “emanating so much, I can feel it in my bones.”
Candace tricks San into revealing his partnership with Melissa by causing San to click on a mysterious link she sent him, revealing that the two devices they used were functioning on the same server and they were trading information.
Candace attempts to kill Sandbag, but she’s interrupted by San, and the two fight. San eventually gains the upper-hand, and murders Candace. Melissa instructs the Grays to clean up the scene of the crime, before Candace’s corpse is dumped into a hole filled with wet concrete, ensuring her body would not be found.

Manipulated the mayor to clean up her crimes for her. Candace is shown to be an extremely adept manipulator, continuously fooling people into falling into traps of her design, such as when she tricked Leah into accidentally exposing her cheating on her boyfriend, Continuously being able to deflect suspicion and avoid punishment even when multiple deaths and disappearances are linked to her, and causing her followers to almost drive a fan to suicide, and able to turn around public backlash and portray herself as the victim. Candace is also quite proficient at deductive reasoning, being able to reason that Elora and Jason were planning on betraying her, and deducing San and Melissa’s relationship by analyzing San’s facial cues.
• Strength: 8.9, Traded blows against San. Snapped a woman’s neck effortlessly, and one of her blows dislocated Sandbag’s shoulder, and broke 7 of his ribs.

Unlike Melissa, who is loved by almost everyone in the public eye, Candace has a group of people who are actively trying to ruin her career, named the “Chaufraud’s”.
