Origin[]
Charlotte was happy at school and was undeniably popular. She was blonde, green eyed and good at school, and was the favorite of many teachers. She was a nice girl in general, but as most people do, she had a streak of selfishness running through her and was determined to be the best. She never had any rivals of that sort, but a couple didn't like her because she bested them easily and got visibly annoyed if she didn't win an award handed out at the end of the year.
In her final year, the school, as some schools do, hosted a year 11 prom. Charlotte was pretty determined she would be crowned prom queen, and most people were convinced she would be crowned queen too. But then came the arrival of Ruby. Ruby was smart, pretty and proved herself to be only a couple steps behind Charlotte status wise. However, Ruby grew jealous of Charlotte due to this and thought up a way to shame her. It all came down to the prom.
Naturally, Charlotte won prom queen, but could not have been in any way prepared for what was about to happen. As she stepped on stage to claim her crown and sash, a bucket of paint tipped over her head, drenching her. Everyone began laughing and taking pictures of the sobbing, paint-drenched Charlotte sat in a heap on the stage. Ruby, hiding above, laughed. Her plan had gone exactly the way she'd hoped.
After the incident, Charlotte became somewhat of a meme online, and everyone now knew her as "The Paint Girl." Charlotte knew who had done, as Ruby was the only one not present when the paint tipped. Losing her head completely, Charlotte crept to her house in the middle of the night, suffocated Ruby so she passed out and then brought her to a warehouse usually used to host kid's parties, tied her to a chair with some parcel tape and waited for her to wake up. She wanted Ruby to suffer in the way she'd made Charlotte.
Charlotte then left, leaving Ruby alone in the dark. She waited until the panic began that a girl had gone missing. Then, she sneaked back to the warehouse - this time with a knife she'd taken off the kitchen counter. Ruby was now thinner and slightly starved in appearance. Charlotte cut out her eyes and tongue, cut off her fingers and left her to bleed. When Ruby's blood was covering her face and legs, Charlotte snapped a picture and posted it on her social media with the caption this is a meme, right? and then left town, leaving Ruby to bleed to death.
Dubbed "The Bloody Prom Queen" because of this, various, similar murder cases popped up, but it was the winner of prom queen. Despite several attempts to catch her, Charlotte was never found, even though she set up an anonymous account posting pictures of her victims. Even though it was anonymous, people could tell exactly who it was.

Method of Killing[]
Gouging out her victim's eyes and tongue and cutting off their hands/fingers and letting them bleed to death.
Personality[]
Charlotte is sadistic, yet has that remaining side of sanity, and often expresses remorse for her actions, if her victim was shamed in any way. If they were arrogant, however, she expresses no feeling about it.
