Hi, I'm the creator for Moon Killer and because of her name the article got deleted early last year and I never had a chance to correct it because I never saw that she was marked for deletion until I saw that she got deleted which is my fault for not checking in sooner. Recently, I found a new name for her and I've chosen Crimson Moon. I wish for my original page to be restored so I can be able to change it and keep her story the same as before. If that's okay with you guys as staff for me to fix my deleted page.

I'd like to have your interpretation for the characters' descriptions and a few scenes for me to review/inspect because like you said my oc has potential but she needs work. If I have your interpretations for the characters' descriptions and a few scenes to review/inspect I can work from there to make a better story that still suits her without the messy bits that it currently has.
I'd also like to see what you'd do for her with a couple narrative drafts but I won't push you on this option because I know that it takes a lot of time to write out a narrative for an oc and not everyone has time to do so. If you want to take a stab at writing her story too that's okay with me, but please focus on your interpretations for the characters' descriptions and a few scenes first so I can try writing her story too.

It's fine I spent most of the day today revising it so whenever you get another chance to check it let me know. But I did make changes that fit with your recommendations because I had someone else writing the story at the time and I never noticed that I had so many issues in it. One of the changes was the car accident to a rough play near a steep ditch because I couldn't write her into a violent psychopath very well because I'm not a good writer myself. I did research and tried but it never worked out where it made sense so I had to skip it. Otherwise I did change what I knew that I could with the less vague recommendations you gave me and adjusted what I could with the vague ones.

Hey, is Crimson Moon's page better now? I reworked her to remove as much of the cliches as possible as well because they weren't adding to her story as much so there was no point in keeping them.
