I'm sure almost everyone is familiar with Toby and his impersonators. I've noticed he is the only admin on this wiki that has been impersonated. I just have one question. Why does Toby have to be impersonated? He's such a friendly admin!

Are Creepypasta OC's allowed on this wiki? I'm sorry if I am bothering anyone by asking this, But I do not want to break the rules. It never did state whether or not OC's were allowed on the Rules page, So I am just making sure.
