The update is inspired from what my gramma told me. she said that she believes that only God can choose when someone's life ends and those who suicide end up in hell.

Maybe the broken houses in the Suicide Mouse HD version is because Mickey is trapped in a purgatory after his death, forced to relive the moment he ended his life.

So we all know that Sadmouse.AVI committed suicide due to supposed sadness right?

My version is that Sadmouse realizes that he is just a cartoon and isn't real, which makes him depressed in the first place.

And you know how people say that when they die, they become ghosts that can do whatever they want? Maybe Sadmouse committed suicide to feel free, like us, and when he's free, THAT'S when he's truly happy.

And that's what he means that death is the key to true happiness.
