My bad, I thought you meant to ask if OCs could be posted to the wiki.
It is usually best to make a page just for OCs/stories. You don't normally post them in blogs or discussion posts. You may be able to provide a short and brief synopsis of your OC if you would like to get some feedback, but we recommend posting its full biography and origin on its own wiki page.
